What we did
Business experts rewrote the reporting standard first, so that every program produced the same evidence in the same order. Engineers configured the packaged program-operations solution to assemble the pack from the systems of record, with the proof layer checking every figure against the source before a human ever sees it. Anything it cannot prove is flagged rather than filled in.
