Architecture

    Sovereign Deployment

The AI comes to your data. Your data never leaves.

Deployment into your VPC, your data centre, or a fully air-gapped enclave, with the same architecture in every mode.

    Why it exists

For many regulated workloads, sending operational data to a multi-tenant SaaS endpoint is not a procurement preference, it is a non-starter. Data residency, contractual confidentiality, and classified environments all demand that inference happen where the data already lives.

    How it works

    In your boundary

The stack deploys into your cloud account, your on-premise estate, or an air-gapped enclave. Nothing about the architecture changes between modes.

    Model flexibility

Open-weight models run locally; commercial endpoints can be used where policy permits. The validation and audit layers are identical either way, so the model is a swappable component.

    No egress by default

Telemetry, prompts, and outputs stay inside the deployment. Any outbound channel is opt-in, enumerable, and logged.

    Operable by your team

Standard container orchestration, your existing identity provider, your existing observability stack. No bespoke control plane you cannot inspect.

    What it gives you

    • VPC, on-premise, and air-gapped deployment modes
    • Open-weight or commercial models behind the same interfaces
    • No default egress of prompts, outputs, or telemetry
    • Integration with existing SSO, secrets, and observability
    • Data residency alignment for regulated jurisdictions
